परिचय/Introduction

सामन्तवादी र पूँजीवादी संस्कृति अनुसार, हजारौँ पुस्ता अर्थात् आदिकालदेखि नै, कुनै गौरवगाथा नभएको,
शैक्षिक, आर्थिक, राजनीतिक, सांस्कृतिक, सामाजिक अथवा अन्य कुनै क्षेत्रमा कुनै सामान्य उपलब्धी समेत नभएको, दुई छाक मुश्किलले टार्न सकिने, एकदम थोरै खेतीवाला किसान परिवारमा
पिता सुकु श्रेष्ठ र आमा सुकुमायाँ श्रेष्ठका छोरा, का.जि.गेकर्णेश्वर न.पा.वडा नं.४, कानून व्यवसायी, अधिवक्ता न्हुछे नारायण श्रेष्ठ (मिलन) को जन्म 2028/02/16 मा भएको हो ।
नेपालका 90% भन्दा अधिक साधारण जनताले भोग्नु परेका वा भोगी रहेका आर्थिक, शैक्षिक, स्वास्थ्य सेवा सम्बन्धी, व्यवसायिक, पूर्वाधारहरूका, यातायात आदिका कठिनाइहरूसँग उहाँ चिरपरिचित हुनुहुन्छ, किनभने, उहाँले बाल्यकाल देखि नै यस्ता सबै समस्याहरूका पीडा झेलेका मात्र होइन, यी समस्याहरूका समाधानका लागि सङ्घर्ष पनि गर्नु भएको छ, अनि नेपाल देशलाई सभ्य, विकसित, न्यायसँगत, शिक्षित र सामाजिक एवं सांस्कृतिक रूपमा धनी देशमा अग्रसर गराउने मार्गको अध्ययन र सांगठनिक काम र व्यवहारिक कार्य पनि गर्नु भएको छ ।
2046 साल देखि देशमा चलेका आन्दोलनहरूमा उहाँ पनि सक्रिय रूपमा सहभागी हुनु भयो,
आन्दोलन र सङ्घर्षको क्रममा केही पटक प्रहरी हिरासतमा पर्नु भयो,

अनि सबै अभियानहरूका उपलब्धीहरूका आशा-निराशाहरू,
आन्दोलन गरिने पार्टीहरूका शीर्ष नेताहरूबाट भएका आन्दोलनहरूका लक्ष्यहरू प्रति गद्दारीहरू,
जनसत्ताका अपहरणहरू,
प्रशासनिक भ्रष्टाचारहरू,
थरिथरीका निर्लज्ज अवसरवादहरू,
ठूलाबढा र हुने खाने व्यक्तिहरूका तुच्छ निजी स्वार्थहरूका श्मशानभूमिमा
बलि रहेका देशका सर्वसाधारण जनताका सकुशलता, अधिकार र हितहरू,
सर्वसाधारण जनतालाई मूर्ख र निरीह ठानिने व्यक्तिहरू;
आफूलाई कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीका नेता ठानिने
तर अनुशासनहीन, जनविरोधी, विवेकहीन,
र तानाशाही व्यवहार अङ्गाल्ने व्यकतिहरू
उपरोक्त सबै प्रति देशका जनताका निराशाहरूमा उहाँ पनि भागीदार हुनु हुन्छ,
उहाँ पनि मर्माहत हुनुहुन्छ;
तर उहाँले सङ्घर्ष त्याग्नु भएको छैन;
अनि चरम निराशाको मौसममा पनि
आशाका कोपिला फुलाउने खेति गर्नु पर्छ भन्ने
उहाँको दृढ प्रतिबद्धता र विश्वास छ ।

अखिल नेपाल जनवादी युवा लीगको जिल्ला सदस्य भई
जिम्मेवारी निभाउनु भयो ।
भूमिगत पार्टा नेपाल कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टी एकता केन्द्रको 2051 सालमा सदस्यता प्राप्त गर्नु भयो ।
संयुक्त जनमोर्चा नेपालको तर्फबाट स्थानीय निर्वाचन 2057 सालमा गोकर्णेश्वर गा.वि.स.को अध्यक्ष पदमा चुनाव लड्नु भयो ।
हाल ने.क.पा.माओवादी केन्द्र गोकर्णेश्वर नगर समिति सचिवालय सदस्य

In terms of the feudal and capitalist cultures, with no saga through thousands of generations, i.e. from the primordial time itself,
with not even any common achievement in educational, economic, cultural, social or any other field,
into such a very little landowning farmer’s family, which made both ends meet with much difficulty,
was born Law Professional, Advocate Nhuchhe Narayan Shrestha (Milan) on May 30, 1971 to his Father, Mr. Suku Shrestha and Mother, Mrs. Sukumaya Shrestha, Gokarneshwor–4, Kathmandu, Nepal.
He has profoundly known the problems that more than 90% of the people of Nepal have encountered or that they encounter in the economic, educational, health facilities’, professional, infrastructural, transport, etc., fields because he has not only borne the pain of such problems from the childhood itself, he has also struggled for their resolution, and he has also done studies about making Nepal follow the path leading to becoming civilized, developed, justice-lover, educated and socially and culturally affluent. Besides this, he did organizational and practical work also in this direction.
He also participated actively in the movements of the country since 1989,
In the process of movements and struggles, he was also taken into police custody a few times.

And the hope and hopelessness of the achievements of all campaigns and movements,
the treachery by the top leaders of various parties against the aims of the movements,
the hijack of the people’s power,
the administrative corruption,
the shameless opportunism of various types,
the burning pyre of the welfare, rights and interests of country’s common people in the crematorium of the petty personal interests of the biggies and affluent individuals,
the individuals that rate the common people for fools and helpless creatures,
the individuals that take themselves for the leaders of any “communist” party but embrace disciplinelessness, anti-people activities, headlessness and despotic behavior…
the disappointments of the country’s people about all the above things
he also shares with the masses;
he too is grieved by these things;
but he has not given up the struggle;
and even in the season of utter of desperation,
he holds the steadfast commitment and trust that
the farming for the blooming of buds of hope has to be done.

Employment:
He is the Managing Director of Chinari Legal Services Center, Kathmandu Municipality, Ward Number 26, Bagwanbahal, Thamel.
He did his BL (Bachelor of Law) from Nepal Law Campus.
Organizational Involvements:
He got associated with All Nepal National Independent Students Union (sixth session) in 1989, and has since respectively
Taken the membership of United Peoples Forum Nepal in 1990,
become Chief of the Village Committee Gokarna,
become District Member, and fulfilled responsibilities
as a Regional Member of the Central Development Region.
He fulfilled his duties as the Member of All Nepal Democratic Youth League.
He was given the membership of the underground Nepal Communist Party Unity Center in 1994.
He contested for the post of the Chairman of the Gokarneshwor VDC, as the Candidate of the United People’s Front, Nepal, in the Local Elections of elections in 2000.
He is the Member of the Secretariat of the Nepal Communist Party, Maoist Center, Gokarneshwor at present.
