Frederick Engels’ Friends Study, Art and Research Centre
Projects’ Concept Paper
We expect from the interested parties, institutions or individuals:
-
Critical Examination and Review of every item in the Program; and comments and suggestions about the same;
-
Full Support to the Final Program, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
-
Evaluation and decision about whether you would like to support and/or participate in the Project.
-
With regard to a) above, there are a few things worth consideration, viz.,
-
the antagonistic forces can’t be much active and very strong in attacking the establishment and/or sabotaging its activities in Nepal;
-
the participation in One Month Courses of the Comrades from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan in general (and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Bhutan in particular) is not likely to be socially and politically discriminatory or risky for the participants’ personal security;
-
the individuals in the world that are connected to or under the influence of various misinformed, subjective, idealist, philistine, self-interested Groups (calling themselves “Communist” or “Marxist” or “Marxist Leninist” or “Socialist”) and that are biased to the core against the Communists and Honorable Communist Leaders from Past to Present—some Groups are terribly abusive even against the Great Comrade Lenin—can not try their utmost to derail the program of unbiased, objective studies and the purpose of equipping the participants with the objective social, economic and political reality and history through the previous 200 years;
-
there will not be similar hesitations and reservations about social and political discrimination and risk to personal security for the artists like poets, writers, movie-script-writers, actors, actresses, directors, painters, sculptors, architects, as well as the researchers, teachers, lecturers, professors, academicians, intellectuals and experts residing in India, etc.;
-
We request for:
-
Your help in the identification of the Great Works and Masterpieces of the Literature in your native language, including the Books on History, Movies and Documentaries, that shall serve as our Reference Material for the One Month Curriculum in our Program;
-
Become Comrade Instructors and Moderators for (i) above;
-
Literary works, Movies and Documentaries that you would like us to translate into Nepali, Tibetan, Hindi, Urdu, Kashmiri, Ladakhi, Dzongkha, Pashtu, Persian, Bengali, Malyalam and Sinhalese and produce movies thereof or do dubbing of the documentaries;
-
Identification of the important Tibetan dialects into which our Lhasa Tibetan movies/documentaries ought to be rendered, and provision of human and technical resources’ support for the same.
-
If in your evaluation you rate the Grand Project worthy of your support, until the complete establishment is set up, we invite your full active participation in enabling us to start working immediately on:

Employing 10 Nepali and 10 International Comrade Instructors and Moderators (The Faculty), and training and preparing them for conducting classes on the One Month Curriculum—we need to provide them accommodation in the Boarding House, meals and salary—and we need to make them study things thoroughly, discuss with us the works they study, prepare their classroom presentations…
-
It will take one year or more to prepare the Comrade Instructors and Moderators (The Faculty) for their jobs.
-
Selecting translators, movie-script writers, actors, actresses, directors, evaluators of literary works and so forth for Nepali, (Lhasa) Tibetan, Ladakhi, Dzongkha (Bhutanese), Kashmiri, Pashtu, Persian, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, Malyalam and Sinhalese, and setting translators, poets/lyricists and movie-script writers to work; and running training programs for all the artists of other categories.
