This Schedule is an attempt to arrive at a Globally Acceptable Workers’ Calendar.

It is designed to help in the growth of workers’ fraternity and consciousness in order to pave the path for global humanity to move ahead from its current system of impasse, wars, terrorism, wretchedness, vanity, frustration, bestiality, insanity, mental diseases….

A maximum of 25 days in a month;

five days in a week–one of which ought to be a holiday, another a half-day;

six hours’ working day,

twenty-one hours’ working-week for each worker,

and work in two shifts in many industries, services… (to double the number of workers/employees in the world, and thereby increase efficiency, labor-productivity, employment, leisure… among the producers of all wealth on the other).

This is what we think the need will be soon after the Revolution—the Revolution that is necessary; for want of which the world is getting decomposed to its hilt; and for want of which humanity is rushing towards the foolish-most prospect of diseases and extinction.

Every leap-year-day shall be incorporated as the “Zero-Correction Day”; which shall be included in the last month of the leap year.

In the “Zero-Correction Day” shall also be included the fraction of time by which the period of revolution of the Earth around the Sun exceeds 365.25 days.
